As one of the last remaining furniture manufacturers in Christchurch post the 2011 Canterbury earthquake, Southern Creations saw the perfect opportunity to combine with its sister company, Davies furniture, and grow together under a strong new identity.

To highlight their exclusive offering of hand crafted, bespoke timber furniture, we felt the brand needed to be unique yet functional—a visual platform that would strongly reflect the craftsmanship, adaptability and beauty of their products. The concept of joinery allowed us to create a flexible brand identity, whilst paying homage to the skill and design that goes into each piece. A join must be the perfect fit, which nicely sums up a piece of Southern Creations furniture—the perfect fit for your home.
